Today, soil quality has degraded to the lowest level due to over usage of chemical fertilizer and pesticides. The carbon content in soil has become less than 0.3% whereas rich and fertile soil should have carbon content >0.8%.
What do we do to increase the carbon percentage? How do we enrich our soil with something which will increase its productivity and sustain for many years?
Biochar is the answer for soil enrichment and productivity increase. We are enabling farmers with Biochar creation from Bamboo and in the process creating carbon credit to offset the GHG emission.
Why Bamboo Biochar? The cellulose structure of bamboo makes highest content carbon in biochar compared to any Agri-waste biomass biochar.
